Payment
Delivery of items is made per payment via our bank account or via payment with the delivery service.
Shipment
All the goods purchased on our web shop are delivered by the delivery service according to their applicable price list and in accordance with their working time. Delivery of goods is done exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Delivery date
From the moment you receive a transaction confirmation via your email address, the delivery of your goods will be done within three days.
The Margan Family Distillery reserves the right to change the contractual term of delivery due to the circumstances that were subsequently performed or for reasons outside the control of the Margan Distillery, and will propose new delivery terms in consultation with buyer.
Delivery services are not performed on Sundays and holidays, and other non-working days.
The buyer's liability is as follows:
When receiving the delivery, it is very important that the person who receives the shipment has a valid ID card for inspection and is older than 18, otherwise the order will not be delivered.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to sign the receipt (delivery) confirming:
(1) that the order was delivered,
(2) Number of packages delivered,
(3) that the products were delivered without visible damage to the packaging.
If the customer refuses to sign the download receipt (delivery) it will be deemed rejected.
